Oregon Paranormal Investigation's fee policy is $25 locally and $50 for locations further than 60 miles from Portland.
We do not accept any other type of investigation fees. The fee can be paid directly to OPI or donated by you to
several causes that we support. Our fees in no way cover our incurred cost, time or travel; we do not expect them to.
We find those that are just curious about the paranormal are less likely to invest in an investigation. Those that are
serious and have serious concerns are usually happy to pay the small fee. Our approach also helps us to more fully
concentrate our team and efforts on investigation request that require professionals.
OPI will pass along any special fees for deed research and or other document charges but only the fee charged by the
agency involved and never for our time.
We will always ask client permission before proceeding with such research fees. All other investigation expenses
come out of our own pockets.
