After our email confirmation to you we will set up at time for a brief telephone conversation.
During this telephone conversation we dig a little deeper into what you are experiencing. After the phone interview, (OPI) takes a
look at your concerns and discusses the overall case between the investigators.
The next step: OPI will contact you by phone and email to setup a time that the OPI team can start a on-site investigation.
OPI is a group of sincere investigators. The whole process excluding the investigation if one is warranted can be accomplished in a
very short time. We cover all the angles and issues with you, the client, and a confidential report based upon our findings will then be
issued to the client.
After, the investigation concludes and the final report issued, we still like to follow-up in a reasonable amount of time with the client,
to address any questions or concerns that may have risen since the investigation's conclusion. As always, the client is welcome to
contact us with any concerns at any time.
